Nikon’s monster bridge camera with eye-watering 125x zoom gets firmware update to fix annoying bugs

The weirdest camera in Nikon’s lineup has just received a small firmware update. If you’re a Nikon Coolpix P1100 owner you can benefit from firmware update version 1.1, which Nikon says fixes the following two issues:

  • Camera stops responding when adjusting zoom during burst photography (rare).
  • Some timestamps in metadata of video files differ from actual date and time of recording.
