Football Scotland report that he will be given the chance to prove himself during pre-season by boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

It's believed they have an option to make the move for the Rangers stopper permanent, but are unlikely to trigger a transfer fee reported to be around the £3million mark.
Katic wants a return to Glasgow and it is reported he would turn down a permanent switch back to his homeland.
The 25-year-old will now get the chance to impress Van Bronckhorst over the summer months before a final decision is made on his future.
