A man was left with appalling injuries after being attacked inside a nightclub. The victim suffered multiple fractures to his jaw, which polcie say could be life-changing.
The assault was in the gents' toilets at Revival on High Street in Northwich. The 23-year-old victim had been involved in a dispute with two other men.
In a statement Cheshire Constabulary said: "Sometime between 2.30am and 3am on Sunday 16 October, a 23-year-old local man was in the gents’ toilets at Revival Nightclub on High Steet, Northwich, when he was involved in a dispute with two other men.

"During the incident the victim was punched in the face several times. The man subsequently attended Leighton Hospital where it was found that he had sustained multiple fractures to his jaw. Following the discovery, the victim reported the incident to police."
Detective Constable, Helen Harrison, of Northwich CID, said: "The victim in this case has been left with potentially life changing injuries and we are committed to doing all we can to ensure that those responsible are held accountable for their actions.
"From our enquiries so far, we know that a number of people went into the toilets at the time of the incident, and I would urge them to come forward. The same goes for anyone who believes they know the identity of the men responsible for the attack.

In a statement Cheshire Constabulary said: "Two local men aged, 28 and 30, have since been arrested on suspicion of section 18 assault in relation to the incident. One of the men had been released on bail and the second man is currently being questioned by officers."
