REFORM UK leader Nigel Farage has suggested that his rival party leader Zack Polanski should be arrested over a post on Instagram featuring a guillotine.
Polanski, the leader of the Green Party of England and Wales, had shared an image of a man giving a peace sign while wearing a T-shirt which read: “We’re only making plans for Nigel.”
Alongside the slogan, the T-shirt featured an image of a guillotine. The T-shirt appears to have been worn at a “Green Party party” in Bristol, posts from which Polanski has been widely sharing on his Instagram feed.
Polanski has now deleted the post, so it is no longer shared on his Instagram page.

However, Farage wrote on Twitter/X: “This is what Zack Polanski has just posted on his Instagram.
“If I was to post anything as inciteful then I would expect to be arrested, and so should Polanski.”
Reform UK are reported to have raised the post with the police.
A Green Party of England and Wales spokesperson said: "After attending a public event, Zack accepted a request to collaborate on a post with several images.
"Once this image was brought to his attention he immediately unshared the post. He unequivocally does not support this type of dangerous message."
The post has been quickly picked up by the far-right online, with agitator Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (known as Tommy Robinson) writing: “The left wants us all dead. Whether it's Nigel Farage, Elon Musk or me.
“They hit Ann Widdecombe 21 times on the head with a hammer. The left is unhinged, and must be fought by every common sense person.”
Zia Yusuf, Reform UK’s home affairs spokesperson, also invoked the murder of Widdecombe, writing: “Zack Polanski has posted to his 713k Instagram followers a photo of a man in a T-shirt calling for the beheading of Nigel Farage. To do this just two weeks after our friend Ann was murdered is staggering.
“Polanski is inciting murder. It must be treated as such by the police.”
