Nicola Peltz is thought to be planning a second wedding with Brooklyn Beckham to celebrate their anniversary, after their "nightmare" first ceremony.
The couple tied the knot back in April, but have since been surrounded by rumours of a family feud after Nicola reportedly clashed with her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham over the special day.
Nicola's billionaire dad, Nelson Peltz, is also suing Plan Design Events – claiming they failed to return a deposit of $159,000 (£132,000) after they were sacked for being unable to meet the "scale" of what Nicola had planned.
A source close to the actress has now said a second wedding ceremony will give Nicola and Brooklyn the chance to have a "positive, happy day" after all of the "stress".
They also said it would be beneficial for former Spice Girl Victoria who could use it as a chance to "erase" the alleged feud.
The insider said Nicola found the first ceremony "stressful from start to finish".
They added: "The whole thing was a nightmare. She was far from completely happy with the wedding, the build-up with the three different planners, and associates it now with rows, issues and tension."
They claim she even finds it "tricky" looking at pictures from what should have been the happiest day of her life.
The source said while Brooklyn's mother Victoria will always "cherish" her son's first wedding, the idea of a second will appeal to her, too.
"The idea of doing it all again is appealing to her as well. The feud wouldn’t be erased overnight with just another wedding, of course, but it could be a great way to mark a fresh start," they told Closer.
Nicola reportedly wants the new ceremony to take place on her and Brooklyn's first anniversary.
She is thought to be planning to wear a new dress and has been looking at different locations.
The source said: "Nicola just wants a really positive, happy day to represent what she and Brooklyn are all about – rather than the tension and stress attached to the first one."
Nicola previously addressed rumours of a feud with Victoria, which started when she was unable to wear a dress designed by Victoria for her wedding.
She said: "It's not a feud! I keep seeing everywhere that word, ‘feud, feud, feud’! I don’t pay attention to all of it... if I did, I would go crazy."
"I think it all started, and I've said this before, because I didn't end up wearing Victoria's wedding dress, but the real truth is, I really, really wanted to wear it.
"I thought it was so beautiful that Brooklyn's mom got to make that for me! And I was really excited to wear it! And I didn't end up wearing it," she told The Sunday Times.
