Nicola McLean was able to duck out of a trial during her time on I'm A Celebrity due to the size of her implants.
As series 22 kicks off in the jungle, the former Page 3 model reflected on her time in Australia in 2008.
"There was something in there, I can’t remember exactly but I couldn’t do a trial because of my implants," she told the Daily Star.
"There was something with a harness because we were worried they’d end up around the back, as implants can move, but yeah I can’t remember what it was but I wasn’t allowed to do something.
"Maybe it was laying on my front in the challenge that I couldn’t do, as they were in the way or something but they’re always in the way, to be honest," she added.
This comes after Love Island star Olivia Attwood was forced to withdraw from the competition just one day into the show.
Her departure was due to "medical grounds", according to ITV bosses.
A spokesperson has said: "As a precautionary measure Olivia needed to leave the jungle to undergo some medical checks.
"Unfortunately, the medical team has advised it is not safe for Olivia to return to camp as there needs to be further investigation. She has been absolutely brilliant and she'll be very much missed on the show."
"Olivia was involved in a medical drama overnight. She really wanted to go back into the camp but medics won't let her," she said.
Nicola thinks that they need someone as "feisty" as Olivia to enter camp as her replacement.
"I'd quite like to see Tanya Bardsley in there, she's bitchy, Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace would be epic in there and Maura from Love Island - she would be brilliant," she said.
In last night's episode, fans watched from behind pillows as the former health secretary Matt Hancock entered the jungle.
Seann Walsh, who was also a camp newbie, burst out in fits of laughter after seeing the MP make his way through the trees.
Once the pair won six stars for camp, the pair were able to meet the rest of the team - but Hancock received a frosty reception.
Boy George, Charlene White, Sue Cleaver and Babatunde Aleshe were particularly unhappy about him being part of the show.
Putting her journalist hat on, Charlene had a quiet word with Hancock, asking why he joined the jungle.
"I can only imagine the reaction back home, I can imagine that it hasn't gone down well," she said.

Boy George, who tearfully explained that he nearly lost his mum during the covid pandemic, struggled to be near Hancock when he first arrived.
He told campmate Scarlette Douglas: "At the beginning of the pandemic, my mum was in hospital. I wasn't allowed to see her. I thought she was going to die.
"I feel like, I don't want to be sitting here like I'm having fun with him [Hancock]. It's difficult for me because, you know, had something happened, if my mum had [died], I wouldn't be here now. I would have gone when he walked in."
