Nicola Bulley's family have released a heartbreaking statement after Lancashire Police confirmed the body recovered yesterday was that of the missing mum.
Lancashire Police held a press conference for missing mum Nicola at 5.30pm today after a body was found over the weekend.
Two dog walkers had stumbled across the body on their Sunday morning walk and officers moved quickly to cordon off the area and retrieve it from the river.
