Nico Raskin was reportedly missing from Rangers training ahead of the Europa League match against Real Betis.
Michael Beale's side enter the group stage of the competition at Ibrox tomorrow night after dropping out of the Champions League play-off.
Now, matches against Real Betis, Sparta Prague and Aris Limassol await for Rangers in Group C of the competition.
However, Sky Sports have reported that Raskin was missing from training at Auchenhowie this morning sparking fears of an injury blow.
The reason for Raskin's absence in the early stages of training on Wednesday remains unclear.
Meanwhile, Beale will definitely be without Ridvan Yilmaz and Danilo for the match against Betis.
The full-back - who played in the win over St Johnstone at the weekend - is not part of the Champions League squad so is ineligible to play on Thursday.

And Danilo is sidelined after undergoing surgery for a facial injury he picked up as he scored the opening goal for Rangers in Perth.
The Brazilian striker was forced off seconds after scoring and was taken to hospital where he had surgery to correct a fractured cheekbone.
In an update to fans last night on social media, Danilo wrote: "Back home. The recovery begins. Back on the pitch in a few weeks."
