He said: "Our Boys turn 15 today!
"Becoming fine young men before our very eyes. Happy Birthday lads. Love always."
In the image, the trio can be seen holding up a Manchester United flag while standing on the sideline in front of the famous pitch in North England. They took in the sights and sounds of the 76,000 capacity stadium after the rest of the fans left.
Opening up about home life, Nicky told RSVP Live: "Jay and Rocco missed out on the last three months of primary school and they missed their confirmation.
"Their confirmation was postponed to September 2020 but then Dublin was put back into lockdown again so it was cancelled once more."
He added: "They have completed first year, behind the mask, and now they are heading into second year with no confirmation having been made."
