Saquon Barkley headlined our list of five players that’ll make the Eagles more explosive, and just hours before the team departs for Sao Paulo, Brazil, head coach Nick Sirianni was raving about his star running back.
During his Tuesday press conference, Philadelphia’s fourth-year head coach couldn’t contain himself when discussing a Barkley run during Monday’s practice.
Nick Sirianni says he took his sunglasses off to look at some of the other coaches after a special Saquon run at practice yesterday.

Barkley is one of five NFL players with 5,000+ rushing yards (5,211) and 2,000+ receiving yards (2,100) since 2018, joining Ezekiel Elliott, Aaron Jones, Alvin Kamara and Christian McCaffrey.
His presence should immediately make life easier for quarterback Jalen Hurts, creating room on the outside for A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Jahan Dotson.
