Nick Kyrgios smashed up two of his racquets at the US Open after losing to Russian Karen Khachanov in the quarter-final in New York.
The match was a beastly five-set affair and was wrapped up at roughly 1am local time (6am UK). Kyrgios let his anger out on his racquet at the end of proceedings, pounding the floor in a heated outburst which was posted to social media.
The length of the match clearly took its toll on the charismatic Australian, and this was exacerbated after his serve was broken in his first service game of the deciding fifth set.
The cameras all pointed to Khachanov as the Russian reveled in a huge victory, but the microphones picked up Kyrgios' emotional eruption in the background. This exact moment was posted to Twitter by Third and Five Podcast, and it has been doing the rounds on social media.
With more than half a million views in just a few hours, this moment of madness has captured the attention of the internet.
He smashes the racquet three times on the court, before letting out an almighty final throw. It didn't finish there however, as he returned to his bag to find another one to dismantle.
There was one huge throw to the ground for this one as the equipment laid useless on the floor of the court, epitomising the demeanor of Kyrgios in this defeat.
He then walked off court towards the changing room in a furious frenzy of emotion.
However, this wasn't his first outburst during the game. He smashed another racquet in the third set, and threw his water bottle at the ground. The court attendants and ball people were forced to clean up the water he had spilled over Arthur Ashe Court.
There was a big falling-out with his team in the stands, too. Shouting up to his player box he exclaimed: "Do you guys even know what a break point is? It's f*****g sad.
"Do you know what a break point is? Embarrassing. Do you guys even know what a break point is? You f*****g don't."
Kyrgios was unsurprisingly handed a warning for unsportsmanlike conduct, and has already been fined $18,500 for various breaches which include swearing and spitting.
