NI family's tributes to emergency services who helped in search for missing pensioner

The family of a much-loved woman have thanked emergency services for assistance during a missing persons search.

Maureen Gilgan's family have described her as a "fun loving" woman who was "always up for a laugh".

The 88-year-old, was last seen in the Hopefield Crescent area of Portrush at around 7.15pm on Wednesday January 25. This prompted a major missing persons appeal, which saw the community help with the searches.
