A Northern Irish cat rescue is appealing for help with veterinary bills after taking in two severely injured cats.
Rescue Cats NI said that in the past two days it has taken in one ginger cat in West Belfast following reports from a young girl that they had seen it with "half of its face hanging off".
After the cat was eventually rescued it was found to have a significant cut to its face along with a number of health issues and had to be taken quickly to the vets.
