Health Secretary Sajid Javid has urged the government to further squeeze NHS funding, alleging that there is 'no quick cure' for the ongoing crisis seen in UK A&E lobbies.
His remarks at a recent major NHS conference came after NHS England boss Amanda Pritchard stated it was difficult to see the social care crisis improving before the winter.
Said crisis is leading to reported logjams in hospitals across the country leading to increased waiting times and problems accessing GP appointments.
