San Francisco 49ers (No. 4 overall)
The 49ers lost for the second straight week. They fell from No. 3 to No. 4 after their loss to the Vikings on Monday.
Seattle Seahawks (No. 11 overall)
The Seahawks beat the 1-6 Arizona Cardinals 20-10 on Sunday. It wasn’t an impressive win. It made them drop a spot from No. 10 to No. 11.
Los Angeles Rams (No. 14 overall)
Los Angeles lost 24-17 to the Pittsburgh Steelers but did not move. They remained at No. 14. Rookie receiver Puka Nacua had another huge game with eight catches for 154 yards.
Arizona Cardinals (No. 30 overall)
The Cardinals lost to the Seahawks 20-10, playing well defensively but getting nothing on offense. They dropped from No. 29 to No. 30, ahead of only the New York Giants and Carolina Panthers.
