We’ve got a full slate for the NFL’s Week 12 action, and Sunday’s matchups should feature lots of entertainment. Packed within the 12 games are some very good players who can be used for cheap in DFS lineups at FanDuel.
Here’s a look at some players with low price tags on Black Friday that may be worth a DFS roster spot.
Quarterbacks
Jimmy Garoppolo – San Francisco 49ers ($6,800)
As I said in the Week 12 streaming options post, Jimmy G. has SO MANY weapons around him at the skill positions that his weekly floor is already pretty high. Can he have another four-touchdown performance in Week 12 as he did in Week 11?
Mike White – New York Jets
Remember when Mike White filled in for Zach Wilson last season and the Jets had a fun little moment? As he fills in again for Wilson, Jets fans are hoping he can pick up the offense that wasn’t there under Wilson. He’s not afraid to throw it, so perhaps this is a big game for him.
Running Backs
Samaje Perine – Cincinnati Bengals ($6,600)
Joe Mixon won’t play this weekend (concussion), so it’ll be Samaje Perine, who scored three touchdowns last Sunday, filling in as RB1. While he doesn’t have as much upside as Mixon, he’s proven to be a productive player when given the opportunity.
Cordarrelle Patterson – Atlanta Falcons ($6,800)
Anytime you can get a big-play, game-changing type of player like Cordarrelle Patterson for under $7,000, you do it. He’ll likely make an explosive play or two as he leads the Falcons backfield and does some special teams work as a returner.
Wide Receivers
Donovan Peoples-Jones – Cleveland Browns ($6,300)
Outside of two early-season games in which he caught one pass over two weeks, Peoples-Jones has at least four catches and 50 receiving yards in each of the other games he’s participated in. Maybe consider him at this price point.
Joshua Palmer – Los Angeles Chargers ($6,800)
As Mike Williams’ status remains uncertain, Joshua Palmer’s importance remains sky-high. He’s topped 100 yards in two of the past three games and had two receiving touchdowns in Week 11.
Tight Ends
Geroge Kittle – San Francisco 49ers ($6,200)
Just as you thought George Kittle had become an afterthought in San Francisco’s offense, here he is having prime-Kittle types of performances.
Foster Moreau – Las Vegas Raiders ($5,400)
Moreau’s somewhat hit or miss in terms of fantasy production, but those issues are more related to the Raiders’ inconsistencies than anything he’s doing. If the Raiders have it going against Seattle, there’s a chance Moreau plays a role.
Defenses
Denver Broncos ($3,900)
Denver is one of the best defenses in the NFL and will be playing against one of the worst offenses in the NFL this Sunday.
