What. A. Sunday. Of. NFL. Action.
OK, I’m mostly talking about what happened in the absolutely wild final moments of the Vikings-Bills game because the ending to that game should be talked about for the rest of the season. It was that good. And so was Justin Jefferson’s ridiculous one-handed grab that kept the Vikings alive.
We saw some other great things, too:
We saw fans in Germany singing their lungs out at the end of the Bucs’ win over the Seahawks.
We saw Justin Fields score another wild TD before coming up short at home against the Lions.
And we saw Tom Brady have another hilarious receiving fail on a trick play that didn’t trick anyone.
Let’s have some fun and hand out some awards for the good, the bad, and the ugly from Sunday’s action.
The best tribute to Marshawn Lynch’s legendary TD celebration: This one by Aaron Jones.
This was beautiful. But yeah, Jones will probably be fined for this.

Look at this:
Lynch got fined for it back in the day:

The most incredible TD by a defense that needed a miracle: This one by the Vikings.
I mean, how did this happen?

Prettiest 1-handed grab: This one by Justin Jefferson.
Goodness. And this came on a 4th down that the Vikings had to have in order to stay in the game.
Someone check to make sure that Justin Jefferson is human.

Second prettiest 1-handed catch: This one by Stefon Diggs.
This was no slouch, either.

Worst pass by a QB who is about to become a star: This pick six by Justin Fields.
Fields looks like he’s going to be an awesome QB for a long time but this was not good.
Justin Fields did a lot of good today but one wasn't.

Speaking of the Bears, this isn’t great;
The Chicago Bears are the first team in NFL history to score at least 29 points in three consecutive games and lose all three.

Best job of starting off a game with a big surprise: The Jaguars.
Love seeing this to start a game.
The Jaguars opened the game against the Chiefs with a successful onside kick.

The craziest stat about the 7-3 Miami Dolphins. All of these.
It has been a long time since Miami was 7-3. How long? Just look:
The last time the Dolphins were 7-3 was 2001.
– 24 starting QBs ago
– 8 head coaches ago
– 7 stadium names ago
– Heat had zero titles
– LeBron was in HS
– iPod came out
– iPhone was 6 years away
– Tua was 3
– Mike McDaniel was a Yale freshman
– Tom Brady was a first-year starter— Tim Reynolds (@ByTimReynolds) November 13, 2022
The best stiff arm toss by a running back: Rachaad White.
This was so good.

The most awkward moment on live TV: This one by Mike Pereira.
This was weird.

The worst job of trying to look like a WR: Tom Brady.
This was just a terrible play call. And another epic receiving fail by Brady.
