The Jacksonville Jaguars dug themselves a hole in the AFC South with a winless month of October. But starting off November by being the only team in the division to win in Week 9 was a good way to start getting back on track.
After a come-from-behind win over the Las Vegas Raiders, the Jaguars are 3-6 and 2.5 games out of first place.
Through nine weeks, here are the AFC South standings:
- Tennessee Titans: 5-3 (3-0 in division)
- Indianapolis Colts: 3-5-1 (1-3-1 in division)
- Jacksonville Jaguars: 3-6 (1-2 in division)
- Houston Texans: 1-6-1 (1-1-1 in division)
The Titans’ overtime loss to the Kansas City Chiefs ended a five-game win streak for Tennessee. Up next for the Titans is a Week 10 home game against the 3-5 Denver Broncos, who spent this week on bye after beating the Jaguars in London.
Indianapolis will travel to face the 2-6 Raiders and the Texans will play on the road against the 6-2 New York Giants.
The Jaguars face a tough test at Arrowhead Stadium against the 6-2 Chiefs. It’s Jacksonville’s last game before a Week 11 bye.
