The Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers don’t have much to play for in Week 18, but it’s still a rivalry game between two teams that don’t like each other very much. The Rams can clinch the No. 6 seed with a win, while the 49ers can rest their starters after already locking up the top seed in the NFC.
With very little playoff implications, the NFL decided to put Rams-49ers in the late afternoon window in Week 18. Kickoff will be at 4:25 p.m. ET from Levi’s Stadium next Sunday, a rematch of their Week 2 battle that was won by the 49ers, 30-23.
The game will be broadcast on FOX Sunday afternoon as both teams wrap up their regular-season schedules.

Kyle Shanahan already said the 49ers will rest some of their players in this game against the Rams, and it’s possible Sean McVay will do the same with his top contributors.
