NFL legend JJ Watt and wife Kealia have formally announced their investment in Burnley Football Club.
Watt, a three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, announced his retirement last year and has become a successful entrepreneur alongside Kealia, a former USWNT international soccer player. The sporting power couple have now officially invested in Burnley after their promotion back to the Premier League.
The pair sparked speculation of investment in the club by attending Burnley's 3-0 win over Wigan Athletic earlier this season. They will be at Turf Moor for their final Championship home game of the season against Cardiff City on Monday (May 8) after formally joining the club.
