The Denver Broncos’ prime-time game against the New England Patriots afforded the historic franchise an opportunity to make waves on Sunday courtesy of the return of a popular throwback helmet.
After debuting the gear in Week 5, the Broncos opted to enter Week 16 donning their classic “snowcapped” helmets along with their all-orange “Color Rush” uniforms, giving fans another glimpse at the memorable uni combination.
The distinct look garnered Denver plenty of additional attention on social media on a night where the club hopes to defeat New England and keep its playoff hopes alive.
