As the calendar turns to June, a look at the Rams’ important player moves since the opening of the league year

Roster construction for the Los Angeles Rams and all NFL teams is an ongoing effort and that is evident from the unique personnel tracker we present at various times through the offseason.

Since the last one was posted prior to the draft, the Rams selected 10 players, including their first No. 1 pick since 2016, did not tender seven unrestricted free agents and traded wide receiver Ben Skowronek to the Texans on May 9. The Rams sent a seventh-round pick in 2026 to Houston in exchange for a sixth-round choice, also in 2026.

They also signed running back Boston Scott, who wasn’t tendered as a UFA by the Eagles.

Teams can retain their UFAs beyond mid-July by April 29 with a minimum salary if they aren’t signed, but that happens very rarely. Notably, UFAs signed or lost after April 29 do not count in the formula that determines compensatory picks in the following year’s draft.

Following is a snapshot of where the Seahawks stand as May comes to a close. The basic contract information is included for each player. The number in parentheses for draft choices is the round and overall selection while the figures in parentheses for other players are games played/started in 2023.

The Rams have signed all of their 10 draft picks, while league-wide 200 of 257 picks have signed with 37 of the 57 unsigned in the first (17) and second (20) rounds.
