Neymar appears to have 'liked' an Instagram post which slammed Kylian Mbappe as the crisis at Paris Saint-Germain worsens.
Lionel Messi has already been suspended by the club and is set to depart the Parc des Princes at the end of the season. Neymar's future is also up in the air, with PSG chiefs set to pursue a policy of shunning superstars moving forward.
This what not how things were meant to go after the French giants assessembled something of a 'Dream Team' in the summer of 2021. But just under two years later, that project appears dead in the water, with cracks in the squad rising to the surface.
Both Messi and Neymar have come in for heavy criticism from PSG fans, with some even protesting outside the Brazilian's Parisian home last week. And those supporters will be left far from happy after Neymar appeared to add his backing to criticism of home hero Mbappe.
Mbappe signed a bumper contract last summer to place him firmly on top as PSG's standout superstar. But the campaign following that deal has been a disappointing one, with many now searching for someone to blame.
Pundit Ofuiclear has pointed the finger at Mbappe for PSG's poor season, which included an exit from the Champions League at the Last 16 stage. He posted a video on Instagram slamming the France captain and mocking him as the "prince".

"The difference between being great and having greatness! PSG missed and missed, missed and missed his fans! Having history is not optional, positioning yourself as great and having a great attitude is within reach," he said.
"This PSG team is the worst in recent years. For what? Because they renewed their prince for an extraordinary amount. The same prince who caused the UCL elimination, who had an easy pass for Neymar but made a pass to the keeper against Bayern. He thinks he’s god now."
According to L'Equipe, Neymar's Instagram account 'liked' the post in which Ofuiclear slammed Mbappe. His Twitter account meanwhile is said to have 'liked' a post suggesting he and Messi were happier when they played for Barcelona.
Neymar himself has also taken to Instagram to post a cryptic message, writing: "Don’t let people put you in their storm, put them in your peace." The Brazilian is facing overwhelming calls from ultras to leave PSG.
They protested outside of his home last week, actions which were condemned by the club. Messi meanwhile has also drawn the anger of the ultras, but attempted to apologise in a video message on Friday.
He said: "I thought we had a day off after the game. I had organised this trip and I could not cancel it. I had cancelled it before. I apologise to my teammates and I am waiting for what the club wants to do with me."
