The £18.5 million next phase of a residential development in Solihull has been launched. Sixty new apartments are set to be built for phase two of the Princes Gate scheme, to be called Imperial House.
This adds to the conversions of Consort House and Royal House at the same site which have together created around 100 new apartments.
Birmingham-based developer Elevate Property Group is leading the project in Homer Road in partnership with Investin Plc.
Elevate's sales and marketing director David Hofton said: "We have already sold over 100 apartments in the first phase of Princes Gate so we know the demand is there.
"Solihull is already one of the most sought-after locations in the country and this is only going to increase with major infrastructure projects heading towards completion."
Construction work on Imperial House is due to complete in early 2024.
