Next Dr Marten dupe sandals getting rave reviews for being 'super comfortable'

A tip-top firm favourite shoe has a cheap viable alternative that some shoppers are raving about.

The Dr Martens Blaire Sandals has been one of the most popular type of shoes in recent years, Belfast Live reported.

The gladiator style straps and chunky platform sole seem to match with most outfits, from flowy floral dresses to jeans.

However, the hefty €112 price tag isn’t exactly a bargain, and despite getting plenty of wear out of them in spring and summer, they are sure to be packed away as soon as the nippier conditions roll around.

As a viable alternative, the high-street favourite Next are offering a pretty similar dupe of the Blaire sandals, for just €43.

The Next offering is a more traditional gladiator style, with the same ankle strap and three straps across the foot, however, there is an additional strap down the middle of the sandals, offering that classic gladiator style.

Available for purchase in sizes 3-9, with a half sizing and wide fit in many of the sizes, they could well be the perfect addition to your wardrobe.

They are also available in both a bronzed golden colour and white, the perfect complement to floaty spring dresses.

Shoppers have rated the stylish sandals with five-stars.

One review said: "Lovely sandals very chunky great quality a definite dupe of doc Martins!!! I loooove them."

Another wrote: "These sandals are fab! Super comfy and amazing value…I love them."

A third stated: "Very comfy and stylish."
