Newsboy's racing tips and nap from Monday's meetings at Hereford, Plumpton and Wolverhampton

Newsboy Wolverhampton

ROSE OF AGHABOE can build on a return to form over course and distance last time out to land the Follow Plumpton On Instagram Handicap Chase (3.40) at the East Sussex course today.

The Nick Gifford-trained daughter of Gold Well, a winner at Plumpton over hurdles, produced her best effort of the winter to finish a one-and-a-quarter-length second to Moroder four days before Christmas.

The winner has since followed up at Exeter, and a 1lb nudge up the handicap to a new rating of 112 still leaves Rose Of Aghaboe 8lb beneath her peak rating over fences.
