MUKHA MAGIC (6.00) can cast a spell over his rivals in the Huge Daily Boosts Only At BetUK Handicap at Wolverhampton over an extended two miles.
The Gay Kelleway-trained gelding scored five times during 2022, and has already notched up another success in the new year over two miles at Lingfield nine days ago – running on strongly to lead two furlongs out for a length victory.
The seven-year-old carried top-weight and was ridden by Saffie Osborne that day – she has won on him three times – and while this is a tougher contest, he has less to carry and should run well in an open event.
Dual bumper winner LEADING THEATRE (1.40) has won twice over hurdles for the in-form yard of Fergal O’Brien, the last of which was at Fontwell in October, when holding on gamely to win by a neck.
Her latest run at Taunton last month, however, was her best t0 date, when finishing runner-up behind Gata Ban in a handicap hurdle last month.
The seven-year-old mare is in fine fettle and has an outstanding chance to win the extended 2m 3f Cazoo Novices' Handicap Hurdle at Hereford.
