A newlywed wed couple were left fuming after being charged £700 to change a surname on a holiday booking.
Sharon Barrett was preparing to go away with her new husband Paul when she was contacted by Hays Travel and told of the extra cost, which she says has left her 'skint'.
The Daily Mirror reports how this was fewer than two weeks before the newlywed couple were scheduled to fly to New York on December 9.
