Newcastle XI vs Fulham: Isak in - Starting lineup, confirmed team news, injury latest for Premier League today

Alexander Isak starts for Newcastle in the Premier League at Fulham today following an injury concern.

The Sweden international came off at half-time during Newcastle’s win over Wolves last week after complaining of blurred vision but passed a late fitness test.

Isak, who’s only goal this season came during the 2-1 win over Tottenham earlier this month, also took a knock to his foot at Molineux and will get the chance to add to his tally.

Kieran Trippier makes his first start of the campaign, while Joe Willock is also in ahead of Sandro Tonali and Sean Longstaff.

Sven Botman and Jamaal Lascelles are long-term absentees.

Newcastle predicted XI: Pope; Livramento, Schar, Burn, Kelly; Guimaraes, Joelinton, Willock; Barnes, Isak, Gordon

Subs: Dubravka, Hall, Livramento, Tonali, Longstaff, Osula, Krafth, Murphy, Almiron

Time and date: 3pm BST today on Saturday 21 September

Venue: Craven Cottage

TV channel and live stream: Not available in the UK
