Newcastle United have Dan Ashworth with them in Austria to ensure transfer business runs as smoothly as possible during pre-season.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion supremo watched on from the "business club" area of the Saalfelden Arena as Newcastle beat 1860 Munich 3-0. It's good news for Eddie Howe that Ashworth is on board as the Toon supremo can also see exactly what is needed with Newcastle keen to sign at least another two players this summer.
A winger and a striker are the areas where Newcastle need to strengthen although Howe insisted in the post-game Press scrum that he was looking at all areas for improvement. Howe said: "I think we are looking at players, not necessarily one area of the team. I think you have to be adaptable.

"If we can't find the right player I might have to look at other positions. Certainly, we are looking at one or two players that could make the difference."
The match was also an opportunity to see whether new signing Sven Botman, who arrived for £34million from Lille this month, could settle in quickly.
The fact that Botman showed that with aplomb in front of the transfer team that showed so much faith in him already shows that levels of judgement are good at United these days. They now just need a few more like him.
Newcastle United are living up to the name here in Austria with the team operations extending beyond just playing personnel
Indeed, the Magpies' preparations for yesterday's game with 1860 Munich started long before the 2.30pm kick off in Saalfalden. The club's own ground staff flew over to the Salzburg region a week before to prepare the pitch - which belongs to Austrian Regional Liga side FC Pinzgau Saalfelden - for the friendly match.
Head groundsman Mick Curran and his staff treated the surface throughout the week and were at the Saalfelden Arena early on Friday morning to mow the pitch. The surface had been longer than the club's Benton training ground and St James' Park but the surface looked great come kick off time.
And Newcastle's staff didn't take any of the limelight with the veteran Austrian groundsman still using his trusty old line maker to paint the white pitch markings as he's done for many a year! After the game the Newcastle team were straight back to work to deal with any divots.
Mini tour of Austria moves on to Kufstein
The black and whites will conclude their trip in Austria with a clash against Mainz 05 on Monday at 4pm local time. The game will take place at the Grenzlandstadion Arena.
The ground - home of another Austria Regional Liga side in FC Kufstein - holds 4,500 fans. United will then fly home before the next leg of their pre-season schedule takes them to Portugal.
