Newcastle United supporters have questioned Eddie Howe's decision to drop Alexander Isak in place of Callum Wilson for their Premier League clash against West Ham at the London Stadium.
Newcastle are looking to back up their superb performance against Manchester United on Sunday with another three points against the Hammers. The Magpies put in a dominant display at St James' Park on the weekend as they hope to carry their momentum down to the nation's capital.
West Ham were also victorious over the weekend after they beat relegation rivals Southampton 1-0 thanks to Nayef Aguerd's first-half goal. Tonight's fixture has huge ramifications at either end of the table as David Moyes' side look to beat the drop while Newcastle's march towards a Champions League place continues to gather pace.

Howe made two changes following the win against Man United as Isak and Joe Willock were replaced by Wilson and Joelinton. Although not on the scoresheet against the Red Devils, the Swedish forward was superb yet again as the Newcastle boss perhaps turns to Wilson's superb scoring record against West Ham as a chance to rest the former Real Sociedad man.
Willock meanwhile picked up what looked to be a slight hamstring issue and therefore drops to the bench in place of Joelinton, who returned from suspension for the game against Erik ten Hag's side on Sunday.
As news of Howe's team selection emerged, it did not take long before fans took to social media to share their thoughts on what they saw as a controversial decision to drop Isak given the striker's red-hot form.
