Newcastle United supporters have handed out some of their highest ratings this season as they watched their side demolish Tottenham 6-1 at St. James' Park over the weekend.
Magpies midfielder Joelinton was the recipient of the side's best rating after his sixth-minute goal, a near-perfect 9.7 average rating out of 10, just 0.2 better than the second best player Alexander Isak who scored two of his own within two minutes of each other.
In total, five players received ratings over a 9.0 - with the other three being double goalscorer Jacob Murphy, Joe Willock and Bruno Guimaraes who received 9.3, 9.3 and 9.0 respectively.

On the other side of the spectrum, Jamaal Lascelles was the 'worst' player on the day, although he still was given a 7.6 rating out of 10, a rating that would usually indicate one of, if not the highest on a usual matchday.
Anthony Gordon and Javier Manquillo were handed 7.8 and 7.7 average ratings out of 10, the only other two players to be given ratings below an 8.0.
