Newcastle United had Alexander Isak to thank on Sunday afternoon after the Swedish striker came on off the bench to head home the Magpies winner against Fulham at St James' Park.
In a game that saw Eddie Howe's side claim a 1-0 win, Newcastle were frustrated by the visitors in the first half, which saw the two sides go in at the break level.
But in the second half, it was Fulham who were handed an opportunity to break the deadlock after Bobby Decordova-Reid went down following a challenge from Kieran Trippier, which resulted in a penalty for Marco Silva's side.

While former Newcastle striker Aleksandar Mitrovic fired home past Nick Pope in front of the Leazus End, the Serbian international touched the ball twice, which led to his spot kick being chalked off.
It was a major reprieve for the Magpies, who then went on to win the game late on thanks to Isak, who headed home Callum Wilson's dinked cross from close range to send Newcastle supporters wild.
The result means Howe and co move back to third in the Premier League above Manchester United.
And taking to social media in the aftermath of the result, Newcastle fans were delighted by Mitrovic's disallowed penalty and elated by the dramatic winner against Fulham...
@mflem388 tweeted: "He [Mitrovic] really is a Newcastle fan bless him"
@JWill1892 tweeted: "Agent Mitro"
@milessteven001 tweeted: "Great win, but definitely also some lessons to learn. So many chances created, and yet so few taken, for instance. If we’re serious about being a top team, then our chance conversion rate must be much higher. Top 4 without being the finished article can’t be that bad, mind you."
@david_labelle tweeted: "Hard to describe how MASSIVE that result is. What a club man"
@ronniepatel1988 tweeted: "Great result ! But we are concerned about Bruno and the lack of squad depth. Eddie Howe needs to look at that while the window is open"
@dougkerr1 tweeted: "Now that is what you call a hard fought battle ,the resilience of Fulham, but at the end of the day we have the 3 points"
