Here is your latest 4am Newcastle United transfer digest for November 21.
Thuram claim
The Magpies were in the market for a right-forward this summer, despite the club-record arrival of Alexander Isak. Miguel Almiron has made the spot his own this term, but a recent report suggests Eddie Howe is still looking to bolster his attacking options.
Marcus Thuram has been rewarded for his fine start to the season with a World Cup call-up for France. The son of Les Bleus legend Lilian has netted 13 times in 17 appearances for Borussia Monchengladbach this term, and is set to become a free agent in the summer.
Arsenal, Liverpool, and Tottenham are all said to be keen on Thuram according to the Sun. The report also claims the Magpies are in the mix, with the 25-year-old free to talk to clubs over a prospective summer switch from January.

Perrone interest
Máximo Perrone could be the latest rising star to make the move to Tyneside in the coming months. Newcastle have already made a number of academy signings, with incoming recruit Garang Kuol set to feature for Australia at the World Cup.
Perrone has emerged as a 'fundamental' player for Argentine outfit Velez according to Diario Popular, who claim the Magpies are targeting a move for the 19-year-old. The report claims negotiations are already ongoing for the midfielder, with talk a fee in the region of £12 million could be enough to reach an agreement.
