Former radio presenter - and ghost expert - Alan Robson will be hosting a spooky evening at the Hard Rock Cafe in Newcastle this July.
The ex-host of the long-running Night Owls which proved such a hit with listeners during his 40-year career at Metro Radio in Gateshead is equally known for his ghost hunts and interest in paranormal activity, having written books of ghostly tales and created a series of creepy walks revealing the dark side of Newcastle. So fans are in for quite a night at his special over-18s event at the quayside restaurant on July 25.
Alan will be joined there by local DJ Kenny D for Ghosts and Clarting About which is described as a night like no other. He will be sharing his spooky adventures - and they are described as "mind-blowing" stories - as well as answering questions from the audience.

He says of previous shows: "I have been overwhelmed with questions about my various spooky adventures having travelled around the world on TV and radio for over 40 years looking for strange phenomena.
"This time all of the grisly, shocking and hilarious stories will be told." The audience can expect topics such as the Loch Ness monster; the Yeti; poltergeists, exorcisms and the hundreds of visits he has had to places said to be haunted.
