Newcastle lord mayor Gavin Morris says the revised design for the Newcastle Ocean Baths strikes the "right balance" between preserving what makes them special and creating a space that works for everyone.
City of Newcastle has refined its design for the final stage of the baths' upgrade, making key changes to the layout and location of the amenities, roof design and retention of heritage elements.
