A new festival with universal appeal is heading to Newcastle and is on the lookout for young bright sparks keen to take part.
Tour de Moon, part of a UK-wide celebration of creativity, has a range of bursaries available, ranging from £100 to £25,000, to those who submit the best arty ideas for ways to participate.
As its name suggests, the festival is a moon-theme “cosmic celebration" and it is designed to showcase the night life and evening culture in a pick of four cities - one of which is Newcastle.
