Newborn baby found in wheelie bin on estate 'doing well' as locals speak of their shock

A newborn baby found on Sunday with the umbilical cord still attached is "doing well," according to local reports.

The baby was discovered in a brown garden waste bin on an estate at about 5pm.

A concerned resident raised the alarm after opening the lid and finding the boy among grass cuttings.
