The All Blacks began their 2026 Nations Championship tenure with a narrow win over France on Saturday, with freshly appointed coach Dave Rennie promising the team was only going to get better as they head into future matches.

Coach Dave Rennie said he felt "relief" after New Zealand edged France 34-32 in their Nations Championship opener on Saturday, his first game in charge of the All Blacks.
