New YouTube channel allows people from around world to travel Scotland's most beautiful rail lines

A new National Rail 'TV channel' has been launched on YouTube - giving viewers footage of one of Scotland's most stunning train rides – from the comfort of their home.

The move follows the success of Netflix's 'fireplace' footage where viewers can tune into to give off the warm vibe of a real fireplace.

The new channel ‘Great British Journeys’ features high definition window footage from some of Britain's most beautiful journeys including the West Highland Line, which has been made famous by the Harry Potter films.
