New Years Eve in Dublin is set to be a lively one, with events taking place completely free of Covid-19 restrictions for the first time since we rang in 2020.
Whether it's live music or late night shenanigans you are looking for, there is plenty taking place this New Year's Eve in Dublin City. Given the past couple of years of restrictions, it's set to be something special.

Westlife at North Wall Quay
Legendary Irish boyband Westlife play the city centre into 2023 with a show at North Wall Quay. Expect the band's biggest hits before midnight in what is sure to be an amazingly joyous way to end 2022.

New Years RnB party at Bow Lane
Bow Lane Social will host an RnB and hip-hop New tear's Eve party this year to ring in 2023 in style guest DJ Wax from RTE2 FM. There will be great tunes throughout the night and into the early hours of 2023.
Tickets cost €15 and are available through Eventbrite.
Moulin Rouge New Years Eve Party
37 Dawson Street will host a Moulin Rouge themed New Year's Eve party this year which will feature plenty of glitz and glamour. Tickets cost €30 which includes a choice of punch, bottled beer or non-alcoholic drink on arrival, canapes and bubbles served at midnight to ring in 2023.
There will also be DJs bringing you into the world of cabaret so have your feather boas at the ready.
New Years Eve at Pygmalion
Dublin's go-to cocktail bar, Pygmalion, will this year host a New Year's Eve party which will feature a DJ set from Alexis Taylor from Hot Chip. As well as epic tunes taking you through the night, expect great drinks and a buzzing atmosphere. Tickets cost €16.91 on Eventbrite.
A Night in Paris at Cafe En Seine
Cafe En Seine on Dawson Street is Dublin's own little taste of the magical French capital. The venue's New Year's Eve party will transport Dubs to a Parisian experience to ring in the start of 2023.
Tickets cost €30 per person which includes a French 75 cocktail on arrival, French canapes, can-can dancers, mime entertainment, live music and DJs. Tickets can be purchased here.
New Queers Eve
Buzz O'Neill's beloved Sunday Social at Farrier and Draper returns for an epically queer welcome of 2023. All levels will be open including the basement club with DJ Karen and Paddy Scahill taking care of duties down there.
Meanwhile, DJs Luke Donegan and Stephen Dowling will be looking after things in the main room. Tickets cost between €13 and €23 and are available to book here.
New Year's Eve Carnival at Tramline
Tramline is set to host an exciting New Year's Eve party this year with its carnival-themed event. Expect pyro performers, confetti, balloon drops, carnival dancers and plenty of props. Tickets can be purchased here.
New Year's Eve Disco Supper Club at The Well
Organised by the same folk who host the epic Disco Brunch events at The Well, the New Year's Eve Disco Supper Club is set to be a banging night. Tickets cost €40 which includes a cocktail, a glass of prosecco, dinner and four hours of fun between 5pm and 9pm.
Disco and house music will be supplied by Dublin's finest Rob C. There will also be a live performance by party starter Mimi Lane, burlesque from Miss LaVelle and a few more surprises.
New Year's Eve Gala Party at The Red Cow Inn
Beloved showman Laurie Hartz hosts a gala party at The Red Cow Inn to ring in 2023. He will be accompanied by drag queen Dame Stuffy for a night of live performances and plenty of craic.
