New Year air fryer sale as Robert Dyas device costing £80 slashed to half off

Air fryers are being hailed as a must-have kitchen appliance and shoppers will be happy to hear that prices of a popular model have been cut.

If you want all the perks of the speedy cooker but don't want to spend serious cash, Salter's 2L Air Fryer is now available for half off its £80 price tag. The bestseller now costs £39.99 at Robert Dyas as part of the retailer's Boxing day sale, reports The Mirror.

An air fryer requires little to no oil, making tasty meals with a perfectly crispy texture and can even slash energy costs. A previous comparison between several cooking devices, including the oven, found the fryer to be the cheapest to run at just 5p an hour.

It is equipped with a 30 minute timer, indicator lights and adjustable temperature dials that can reach up to 200C. The heating technology circulates hot air at a high speed to ensure food is cooked thoroughly in a short time.

To ensure full safety, the Salter Hot Air Fryer even features an auto shut–off function and a removable non-stick cooking pot and frying rack.

The popular model is compact and sleek, meaning it won't take up too much space on your kitchen countertop. And once you're done, it can easily be stored in the cupboard ready to be used for another time.

If you're looking for meal inspiration, you can head to the Salter Cookshop website which provides an impressive range of recipes and an easy to follow instruction manual.

You can pick up the Salter Hot Air Fryer on the Robert Dyas website for just £39.99 - but be quick as it’s selling fast!
