New Wales player Corey Domachowski has provided fans with an insight into the medical testing players go through to ensure their health is spot on while in camp.
Upbeat and sprightly, the Cardiff Rugby loose-head was the star of the show in the WRU's latest video from behind the scenes, which you can watch above..
His fine club form earned him a place in Warren Gatland's plans for France, and he'll be hoping to make the final cut.
All Wales players came in to do medical testing ahead of the next phase in their World Cup journey, and Domachowski showed fans exactly how the process goes.
After having some banter with Rio Dyer and Adam Beard, Domachowski went through his first bit of medical admin.
It was then time for a cardiac screening to check if his heart was "beating tidy".
Scarlets man Gareth Davies has endured a ribbing from his team-mates for the latest pictures of him looking ripped, which have done the rounds on social media. Domachowski saw it as a perfect opportunity for another dig towards the scrum-half.
"I tell you what, he's had his top off so much, the fans have seen what he looks like anyway!" exclaimed the front-rower, pointing towards Davies in the medical room.
Stepping on the scales, Domachoswki joked: "Look, my mobile number comes up!", to which Davies quipped: "Error."
After going through more testing, the 26-year-old explained: "It's quite nerve-racking really isn't it? Like, obviously you feel like you're fine but you never know. It's good to have a bit of reassurance I guess."
It was then gumshield-moulding time, which was quite a picture, as each player gets their own personally-made shield for the tournament. Domachowski passed the medical test, before making his way over for fresh headshots in the new kit, which will be unveiled to fans in a few weeks.
Wales travel to Switzerland this weekend for their pre-tournament training camp at altitude.
