New tailoring shop takes over former art gallery in Nottingham

A good suit is a good investment that can often see you through the years so it's always worth finding a tailor you can trust to make those essential nips and tucks where needed. Not only that, but with a focus on renewable fashion and less waste, a tailor can help you to get a few extra years out of a beloved outfit.

Black Butterfly is one of the one-stop shops for sharp suits and expert alterations. The shop - which was located on Long Row - has now moved to brand new premises on Derby Road in Nottingham, taking over a former art gallery.

The new premises has been painted a chic black which is lifted by the light from the huge window at the front of the shop. Examples of their tailoring line the wall along with a huge colourful display of different threads and plants. A team of five staff is working hard on alterations to the back of the store.
