A new 'stylish' cocktail bar that brings the 'total bar experience' could soon be opening in Nottingham city centre after the potential operators took an important step in their plans. A licensing application has been submitted to transform the former All Saints shop, in Thurland Street across from the Thurland Hall pub, into a Banyan bar.
Banyan is labelled by its operators at "the best and most stylish total bar experience", with cocktails and meals being serve in a "friendly and vibrant atmosphere". The company has seven different bars across the UK, with three in Leeds and one each in Manchester, Birmingham, York and Harrogate.
The bar's website outlines that they provide party venues, bottomless brunch, cocktail masterclasses and are available for private hire. The site also states that the chain serves "the finest food & drink all day long".
