The Derry Chamber President insists that parties at Stormont need to form a new executive if there is to be stability in the North West.
Aidan O'Kane said there were 'several outstanding commitments' that needed to be delivered in the city but without the restoration of an Executive that would not be possible.
However, DUP leader Sir Jeffrey Donaldson has said that he will not lead his party back into powersharing until issues with the Northern Ireland Protocol are resolved.
