Makeup lovers have had all their beauty ‘prayers answered’ after a cult-loved brand relaunched one of their most popular products with some incredible updates. Glossier has announced that their much-loved and ‘unmatched’ Boy Brow has been increased in size, with two brand new shades added.
The brow gel launched back in 2015 with a waitlist of 10,000 beauty buffs, and has since been a ‘lifesaver’ for overplucked 90s hairs and the go-to for taming Gen-Z fluffy brows, selling one every minute around the world.
The brand has now increased the gel by 20 per cent, giving users more product, while adding the shades grey and dark brown to the line up, making it six in total.

Sharing the news on Instagram, Glossier said: “Boy Brow has practically been with us since the beginning of Glossier time. It's loved by many (remember the 10,000 person waitlist?), and has since graced *many* brows of all shapes, sizes, and styles. In fact, one sells every minute globally.
“We know you love Boy Brow, and we've heard you, you want more. So, we're excited to share that starting this week, we’re bringing you new shades (Grey!! Dark Brown!!) anddddd 20 per cent more formula in each tube. And yes, with the same formula you know and love.”
Shoppers went wild for the announcement, thrilled by the expansion of the must-have beauty buy.
One wrote: “Oh how I love this so much gTEAM!! BB has been a life saver on my barely-there brows from over tweezing in the 90s.” Another added: “Lawd have my prayers been answered???? A bigger boy brow???”
A third shopper wrote: “Boy Brow and Flick are my only brow products. Guess who’s very happy with this news,” with a fourth commenting: “Boy brow remains unmatched.”
Boy Bow offers a creamy, conditioning formula and a precision brush that coats even the smallest and finest hairs for a soft, flexible hold that doesn’t stiffen or flake. Now available in grey, dark brown, Blond, auburn (a personal fave), brown, black, and clear, it visibly defines, thickens and shapes for face-framing brows in seconds.
Priced at £18 per tube, it’s certainly not the cheapest on the market, with similarly premium brands like Refy coming in at £16 . Some have suggested that the Elf Wow Brow, which costs £6, could be a dupe, commenting: “I really do enjoy this product, but I have a brow gel from ELF that’s a fraction of the price but is almost identical in quality. Happy overall though!”
But others disagree, agreeing that Boy Brow is unmatched, with one shopper commenting: “I tried ELF's dupe of Boy Brow first to save money and not buy into hype, but the truth is, Boy Brow just works better.”
Another added: “No other imitations compare to the comb of the boy brow, that’s what brought me back after trying dupes.”
