NEWLY elected Scottish Labour leader Michael Marra refused to say whether he believed Scotland has a right to "decide its own future" during a BBC interview on Sunday.
The MSP, who this weekend became the party's 11th leader of the devolution era, was asked on BBC Scotland's Sunday Show whether he will support a Scottish Government motion agreeing that "our future is for us to decide".
