Trailers work best when they give you a taste of the story without giving everything away. The first trailer for “Robin Hood” does exactly that, teasing enough intrigue and action to make you sit up straight for its 30-second runtime. Set to debut on November 2, 2025, on MGM Plus, the series puts a “fresh spin on the legendary tale.” It is led by showrunner John Glenn and producer-director Jonathan English, with Todd Lieberman serving as executive producer.
Rob is brought to life by newcomer Jack Patten, portraying a Saxon forester’s son whose world is thrown into chaos after the Norman conquest. His transformation from regular man into the leader of a rebel band unfolds alongside Marian, played by Lauren McQueen, the sharp-witted daughter of a Norman lord who favors political maneuvering over domestic pursuits. Their intertwining paths (and growing bond) propel the story, as each confronts the same corrupt system in very different ways.
