Rangers' new recruit Kim Min-su has declared that he has arrived at Ibrox to win titles.
The 20-year-old forward completed his £8.5 million transfer from Girona and signed a four-year contract with the option of an additional year. He is the first South Korean men's player to represent the club.
The forward says he is primed for the rigorous nature of Scottish football. He said, "The style in Spain is very different from Scotland. I knew that this league is physical and intense, and I think I’m prepared to compete."
Having moved from South Korea to Spain at the age of 10, Kim believes this experience will help him adapt quickly to life in Glasgow. He explained, "Spain is like my second country, and I have a lot of love for that country.
"But I’ve come to Scotland, and I need to adapt as quickly as possible. I think I’ll be able to adapt easily."
Kim admitted that the opportunity to join the Ibrox side came as a surprise, but the faith shown in him by the club made the decision straightforward. He added, "The truth is it surprised me, but they have given me a lot of confidence, and I had no doubt about coming."

The forward is determined to make an impact in the final third and describes himself as an attacking player who creates opportunities and looks to score goals. He said, "I am an attacking player, and I make so many chances.
"I’m direct. I score goals - that’s the most important thing."
Kim has set his sights on winning silverware with Rangers. He continued, "I have come here to win titles and win the league. I was very clear about being able to be a winner. I believe I have a winner’s mentality.
"I have no doubt about being able to help the team, and I want to face the things that will come. I’m going to give the things this club deserves."
Kim is keenly anticipating his first visit to Ibrox, having yet to set foot inside Rangers’ home stadium at the time of his first club interview. He said, "I can’t wait to go to Ibrox.
"I want to play there, and I want to show the talent I have. I’m looking forward to seeing the fans."
